Lunges ‘n Lattes offers baby/toddler/kid and tween yoga. During their classes you will find them always moving their bodies and using their brains through poses and games. Today our children are presented with challenges that can be difficult for them to navigate. One of the goals at Lunges ‘n Lattes is to use these classes to arm them with tools they can use in everyday life, and classes are designed to use lots of creativity and imagination to practice their skills. Each class is approached with the child in mind and the instructors look at the child as a whole in mind, body, and individuality, and each class incorporates a time for them to practice mindfulness, in hopes that it will carry over to situations they are faced with. These classes are a joy to participate in for all!

The Berwyn Park District offers an exciting youth instructional soccer league for boys and girls ages 4-14. The league is for all skill levels with an emphasis on having fun, basic skill development, equal participation, teamwork and sportsmanship through practices and games. Each player will receive a jersey, shorts and socks. Practices will take place on Wednesday evenings and games will be held on Saturday mornings to early afternoons. Practices and games will take place at Freedom Park Turf Field in Berwyn. Fee is $70/residents and $80/non-residents. Season starts on April 10.
