     Flapjack Brewery, 6833 Stanley Ave.: Don’t let the word “brewery” fool you — yes this place has phenomenal craft beers brewed on-site, but its small but mighty kitchen makes its own kind of magic.      Michael Anthony’s Pizzeria, 6434 Ogden Ave.: A staple in the Berwyn community for decades, Michael Anthony’s has catered hundreds of parties and events. Not only do customers rave about their thin-crust pizza, but other favorites include the gravy bread and au jus bread, antipasto salad, and meatball sandwich.

     Nonno’s Pizza, 6969 Ogden Ave. #D: No one does pizza quite like Nonno’s. They specialize in everything from thin crust to pan pizza, stuffed pizza, Sicilian pie pizzas, and their famous panzerotti — a giant pizza puff.      The Garage Smokehouse & Bar, 3202 Grove Ave.: Stop by The Garage on Wednesdays for juicy, half-priced burgers topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle and get an order of the bar’s popular shoestring fries to share.

     J Wok Chinese Kitchen & Sushi Junki, 6643 Roosevelt Rd.: Get Chinese, Thai, and Japanese favorites at J Wok. From lo mein to fried rice to flavorful soups, J Wok specializes in classic hot and cold dishes from China and Thailand. On the Sushi Junki side, get your pick of fresh nigiri, maki, and colorful rolls.

     N Joy II Chop Suey, 7140 Windsor Ave.: A Depot District staple, N Joy II serves fresh, appetizing and authentic Chinese-American food. Try the massive eggrolls, orange chicken, and chicken-fried rice for some of their best samplings.
