Cocktails

Why is it called a “toast”? Way back in the ancient days, it was custom to drop a piece of toast or crouton in a drink to allegedly give it more flavor. Today, the cocktail has come a long way. For the past two centuries, mixologists have stretched the limits of our palates with inventive concoctions ranging from simple to complex. Whether you like yours sweet, strong, sour, or smoky, there’s one for every taste around Berwyn. No need to drop toast in your drinks here. Cheers!
