Berwyn’s 12 Days of Christmas Promotes Shopping Small on Small Business Saturday and Throughout the Holidays
The Berwyn Development Corporation (BDC) has launched a holiday campaign to extend the reach of Small Business Saturday (Nov 28) and encourage our residents to Buy Berwyn and Shop Small throughout the holiday season. Taking place annually on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, Small Business Saturday has been promoted as an alternative to Black Friday and Cyber Monday and encourages shopping at local, independent brick-and-mortar small businesses.
Shop now through Dec 19 at our participating merchants and restaurants and earn chances to win from over $2,500 in daily prizes and a Super Spectacular Grand Prize valued at $2,500.
It’s easy – just three simple steps can make you a winner.
1. Pick up your Game Card at participating businesses or download from http://whyberwyn.com/12Days.
2. Spend at least $20 at each spot through Dec 19 and earn a sticker! (Each business has a bonus deal on the game cards but any $20 purchase qualifies for a sticker.)
3. Exchange stickers for tickets to win in our 12 daily prize drawings. Drawings run from Dec 5-19, excluding Sundays. If you collect at least seven stickers, you are entered into the Super Spectacular Grand Prize Drawing on December 19.
Get rewarded for the coffee, lunches, treats, dinners, cocktails, facials, massages and gifts that are sure to be a part of your holiday season. Participating locations include: Autre Monde Cafe & Spirits, Berwyn’s Violet Flower Shop, Big Guys Sausage Stand, Face2Face Spa Studio, Horrorbles, Hursts’ Berwyn Jewelers, Mission House Cafe, Old Fashioned Candies, Paisans Pizzeria and Bar, Parad-Ice, Pav YMCA, Peggy Rose Academy of Dance and Acrobatics, The James Joyce Irish Pub and Vesecky’s Bakery.
